Made in the USA, USA Pan bakeware features a clear Americoat non-stick proprietary silicone coating that is environmentally friendly and is PTFE and PFOA free.  Each American Pan is constructed from a mix of 65 perfect recycled steel for strength and durability, with aluminum for superior conductivity. The corrugated surface allows for air circulation all around for better browning, more even baking and perfect release. Rolled edges with internal steek wires provide extra strength and a good grip.

USA Pan non-stick bakeware is designed with many of the same standard features of commercial baking pans; its aluminum body is designed to resist warping, denting, and other effects of everyday kitchen use. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Oven safe up to 450 degrees. Hand washing recommended.

No more split edges, or welding “leaks” on the inside of the pan that can damage your cakes and create contamination issues. The innovative, seamless “Square-Bake” Design creates a pan that has a 1.5mm radius (less than 1/16”) on the corner!

This will result in a finished cake that has square corners and sharp edges, essential for layering and decorating ease. Each pan has consistent, even wall thickness throughout, resulting in an even rise and the elimination of hot or cold spots in your cakes.
