PRIVATE Cooking Classes at The Gourmet Warehouse

Caren McSherry, owner of GOURMET WAREHOUSE offers lighthearted entertaining classes that are perfect for team building, birthday parties or corporate events. The facility holds up to 20 – 25 adults in a comfortable seating arrangement.

We offer demonstration-only classes with very limited participation. In the event that guests wish to help with a dish they are welcome to join in on a one to one basis.

Our facility is not large enough to offer complete and active involvement. However, if your group is larger than 25 or more, we provide tasting stations which allows group interaction coupled with an educational component. We also have the resources to tailor this to full meal events.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking with the balance paid one (1) week prior to class commencement.

Affordable Fees

Our fee structure is as follows:

$1500.00 for a private 3 hour class that accommodates up to 15 people
$50.00 per person for numbers exceeding 15

Included in the fee:

4 course cooking class with printed recipes with Caren McSherry
The freedom to select your menu of choice: Appetizer, soup or salad, main course & dessert
Red or white table wine with each course

You can also determine the level of instruction, lighthearted & entertaining or serious and technique oriented
