Halen Mon Sea Salt

This is natural sea salt, produced from the fresh Atlantic waters around the Isle of Anglesey, on the North West coast of Wales.

This salt is harvested by hand in small batches. The salt flakes are rinsed until they shine.

This salt has a marvellous, mellow and slightly sweet flavour.
