In- store Refunds and Exchanges
A receipt is required for ALL refunds/exchanges. Full refunds/exchanges will be honoured if unopened, unused and in original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase - over 30 days, store credit will be issued.
Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted over 60 days from date of purchase. Money will be refunded using the same method
of payment.
Gift Cards are NOT redeemable for cash and lost or stolen cards cannot be re-issued. Please keep these in a safe place.
No refunds or exchanges on Gift Basket items.
Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges on Food Items.
We have checked your breakables before you leave the store - once they leave the store they are your responsibility and are non-returnable.
