Scanpan is the first to market manufacturer of nonstick cookware certified PFOA free, so itâ€™s safe for you and your environment. The patented cooking surface is safe for metal utensils. Searing, deglazing and even browning is now possible. This is unheard of with older generation nonstick cookware. Scanpan cookware requires minimal cleaup and is dishwasher safe. Use no fats or oils if you prefer, but a little oil will not affect ability to clean. The 5-layer clad-aluminum construction means heat is distributed evenly and efficiently without creating hotspots.

Scanpan CTX is the worldâ€™s first induction-compatible, PFOA-free nonstick cookware. SCANPAN CTX features a 5-ply 18/10 stainless steel body, stainless/glass combination covers and stainless steel handles.
SCANPAN CTX is suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

All Scanpan cookware is oven safe to 500Â°F and has a 10 year factory warranty to not peel, blister or warp. Scanpan is made in Denmark.
