Order Processing Deadlines

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day. If you encounter any problems during the checkout, email us at websales@gourmetwarehose.ca. We will be happy to address your concerns within the next business day.

Errors, Inaccuracies, & Omissions:

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typos, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information, or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping

We strive to bring our customers the fairest possible prices on gourmet food, and housewares products. In order to maintain our great pricing structure we are unable to offer free shipping at this time.

Gift Cards are free shipping.

For all orders we ship within 2 business days of order receipt. For in store pickup, your order will be ready to pick up within 2 business days of order placement. For all online orders we ship via Canada Post or FedEx Ground (1-7 days). In the event you require expedited shipping, please specify and we can express your item(s) for an additional cost.

At this time we ship to Canada only.

Return Policy

Receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any food items.

All sale items and books are final sale.

Full returns/exchanges will be honored if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards will be issues for all gift receipt refunds.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be re-issued.

There are no refunds/exchanges on Gift Baskets or Gift Basket items.

If there has been an error with your order please email us at websales@gourmetwarehouse.ca within 24 hours and we will send you a FedEx pickup tag.

For items received from an online order that have arrived broken, please send photo documentation of the damages to websales@gourmetwarehouse.ca Ensure to include your proof of purchase and return form. We will happily replace your item free of charge once we receive these items.

Please package all items to be returned as you receive it to ensure they do not arrive broken. We advise all customers to take insurance on the item being sent back to ensure it is covered in the event it arrives broken.

Online purchases may also be returned in store. Refunds will be issued back on your original form of payment. Please bring a copy of your receipt and we are happy to return it for you within 30 days of your purchase. 

Holiday Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges on any food items. 

Receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. Full refunds will be honoured if product is unopened, unused, with all accessories in original packaging. 

Purchases made between November 7-December 24 can be returned/exchanged until January 15. (Housewares items only)

Seasonal items cannot be returned or exchanged after December 7. 

Items cannot be put on hold without full payment between December 1-December 31.
