Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

3. Turn the dough into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. If you do not have a tube pan, place the dough in a ball on a baking tray.
4. Bake at 375F for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when it is flicked with your fingers.
Serve with cold unsalted butter and freshly made preserves.
