Garlic Aioli
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 heaping tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg yolk
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Method:
1. Place the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon and egg yolk into the bowl of a food processor. Puree.
2. With the machine running, slowly pour the olive oil through the feed tube until a thick sauce is formed. Season with the salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup.
