We, at the Gourmet Warehouse, strive to bring you the fairest possible prices on our gourmet food, bakeware and houseware items. In order to maintain our great pricing structure, it is impossible for us to offer free shipping. Please consider the size of your purchase in order to make the shipping charge worthwhile.

For on-line orders, we will ship using FedEx Ground (1-7 days) or in the event that you require your item sooner, you have the option of FedEx Express.

We ship to Canada only.

Our shipping and handling flat rates are:

Within British Columbia $18.00

To Alberta/Saskatchewan/Manitoba $22.00

To Ontario/Quebec/Eastern Provinces $28.00

To The Northwest Territories/Nunavut/Yukon $35.00

If you only order a Gift Card, shipping and handling is $1/address.

*Oversized, fragile or overweight items may be subject to extra handling/shipping fees, and will be assessed on a individual basis

*Rates are for standard delivery only. Express or Expedited services will have an extra charge.

Online Returns:

There are no returns on food, so please make your selection carefully.

To return a hardware item, it must be unused, in the original packaging and returned within 1 month of purchase.

You must pack it as you received it to ensure safety.

It is advisable to take insurance on the item in the event that it arrives back to us broken.

If we have made an error, please contact us and we will send you a FedEx pickup tag.

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing orders@gourmetwarehouse.ca
