Grilled Cheese My Way
This is not the typical grilled cheese we all grew up with, that traditionally sat alongside either Campbell's Tomato soup or Lipton's Chicken Noodle!! It is a very urban, modernized fast appy that can be made to enjoy in literally minutes.
1 small round of Brie or Camembert (about 5 oz)
3-4 tbsp. Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Onion Jam or your favourite Jalapeno jelly
1. Carefully cut the rind off the cheese, spread the jam or jelly on top of the cut exposed cheese. Place the cheese on an ovenproof tray, place on top of the BBQ or bake in a 350F degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
2. The cheese should be warm and runny and completely perfect for spreading on baguette or crackers as an easy party starter.
