Stock Fulfillment

Responsible for offloading merchandise trucks, allocating stock to the retail floor; ensuring maintenance of stock levels and rotation of expired product.

 

- Hourly Rate: $17.00  DEO, DOQ

Cashiers

Dedicated to front line customer service and are responsible for accurately completing all transaction types using POS software. Prior cash desk experience is required.

 

- Hourly Rate: $16.75  DEO, DOQ

Sales & Customer Service

In addition to responding to customer inquiries, they provide information to the customers that help them in making purchasing decisions and resolve any issues regarding products or services related to the store. Prior retail sales experience is required.

Order Fulfillment

Order Fulfillment personnel are primarily responsible for fulfilling customer web store orders; accepting and processing on-line orders in the POS system; locating, preparing and packaging merchandise; labelling packages; ensuring the accuracy of orders to be shipped or picked up. They interact with customers via emails or on the phone and during curbside and in-store pickups; resolving any customer service issues while delivering the best possible customer experience.

Inventory Clerk


Inventory Clerks are responsible for the processing of purchasing transactions and maintaining inventories to meet customer requirements. This includes being responsible for analyzing and verifying the integrity of the data entered into Company systems, striving to obtain maximum cost savings and managing the inventory investment according to Company guidelines, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills along with attention to detail and accuracy are required. Prior relevant experience is mandatory.
